	How can I remove my house from being shown in this website? If you do not want your house information publicly viewable on our system, please contact us to report your house address. Once verified, we will process your request and your house data will be removed as shown in the figure.

What information do you collect?

1. We acquire a thermal image flown over your house at a single instance in the past. This is not real-time data.


2. Cadastral information (such as house polygons, livable area above ground, and house age) are provided by The City of Calgary and publically available on The City Assessment website.


3. We do not collect, or have access to any information regarding the number of occupants in a house, their age, gender, race, income, culture, religion or the occupancy status of the home, and note that there is no scientific evidence that links thermal airborne imagery with any of these attributes. If you find reliable scientific information to the contrary, please contact us immediately, as we take everyone's privacy seriously; and note that our homes are also available for public viewing.
