You have been granted permission to access this website for the sole purpose of viewing the data for research and educational purposes. You have not been granted the right to copy this website in its entirety or in any part or to use this data for any commercial purpose.

2. You acknowledge that the information on this website is experimental data and you agree to assume all risks in using this data. The owners of the data and the University of Calgary make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, as to any matter including non-infringement, the condition, quality or freedom from error of the data or any part thereof. All warranties and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise are hereby disclaimed. The University of Calgary and its Affiliates will not be liable for any direct, consequential or other damage you may suffer by the use of the data.

3. Your participation in this research is absolutely voluntary and indicated by your willingness to complete the survey and provide other data; no personally-identifying information is being collected and all participants will remain anonymous via the reporting of only aggregated results. Data from this study may be used to inform scientific and academic publications and presentations; data will be stored for an indefinite period of time under secure conditions. Please note that if you choose to make your information publicly accessible the researchers cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality.

4. Data from this study (i.e., the online survey tool) may be stored on servers located in the United States; as such, your responses are subject to U.S. laws, including the USA Patriot Act. The risks associated with participation are minimal, however, and similar to those associated with many e-mail programs, such as Hotmail© and social utilities spaces, such as Facebook© and MySpace©.

Modification of these Conditions of Use
